There’s What in Space?!

For some reason, when I think of “Cars in Space”, in my head I say it like “Pigs in Space” from The Muppets!  No reason … just a weird thing I’m doing.

Falcon Heavy

Falcon Heavy is the name given to a huge reusable rocket designed and manufactured by SpaceX.  Originally designed with the objective of carrying humans to Mars, the current plans are to use it to carry large payloads into orbit … or in this case, out of orbit!

The maiden voyage today, 6th November 2018, saw the first dummy payload consist of Elon Musk’s Tesla Roadster – complete with mannequin in a space suit!
